The Problem We’re Solving
Non profits in Charlotte are doing essential work – but doing it alone. They’re experiencing the vulnerability of renting with uncertain futures, operating in unsuitable spaces, expending resources for services inefficiently (or simply doing without those vital services), and ultimately struggling to build capacity and stability.
ReEverything exists to change that. We believe collaboration isn’t a luxury—it’s a strategy. By sharing space, services, and infrastructure, we help mission-driven organizations reduce costs, grow stronger, and create deeper, lasting impact.
The ReEverything Model
ReEverything is a shared dream. It is an ecosystem of shared space operating in East Charlotte. Each partner organization has its own dedicated space for work and programming – plus access to all the common areas for meetings, events, classes, training, volunteer experiences…pretty much Everything.
Yet it is so much more than shared space; the partner organizations will also share services like HR, development, IT, legal, marketing, purchasing and hospitality. Best of all, the organizations will work alongside one another, collaborating and supporting all efforts toward efficiency, sustainability, and the full flourishing of the people we all serve.

ReEverything is a shared-resource non profit supporting organization. It has responsibility for the management and operation of the shared space as well as the collaborative work of the partner organizations.
LLC
Resource:Impact, LLC will be made up of investors in the project; the LLC will finance the facility and operation of ReEverything along with the contributions of the partner organizations
TIC
The 'Tenant in Common' agreement provides for multiple organizations to own equity in the structure from which they operate. ReEverything is not the landlord. This component is a true partnership where non profits retain the value of their purchase investment and see appreciation in their share of the operation.
Why It Is Better
When non profits operate in silos they carry the full weight of the cost and management of their work space and essential services. Typically this means inefficient use of funds, prohibitive limitations on space, the inability to easily access needed services, and a cumbersome experience for clients and volunteers.
This is about increasing the resource-to-impact ratio, where infrastructure supports mission; ReEverything is doing good work better.
